Paul studied at the University of Sheffield and the University of Westminster before qualifying as an Architect in 2001. Following this Paul worked at the offices of Wilkinson Eyre Architects for over 10 years, becoming an Associate and being responsible for a large number of projects across the full breadth of the practice’s portfolio. More recently Paul was Associate Director at LTS Architects, having a key role on projects in the cultural, education and residential sectors.
Paul's broad architectural experience encompasses all project scales and types. From work on private houses, to leading multi-national teams on the largest scales of building, Paul brings the same rigour and creativity to every project. A firm belief in innovation and the use of modern technology is combined with a sensitivity for context and history in much of Paul's work. It is an approach that has had great success and has given rise to evocative, accessible and award winning buildings.
Paul tutors at Sheffield Hallam University and provides mentoring to students and young architects through the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust Building Futures programme and through Sheffield University.
Coming from a family of Architects and construction professionals becoming an Architect seemed almost inevitable to Robin. Having grown up around construction, Robin has an intuitive sense of the challenges and opportunities that the profession provides. Robin studied at Newcastle University and the University of Westminster and qualified in 2010. For over 7 years Robin worked at Wilkinson Eyre Architects, being involved on a wide variety of projects and working across every project stage.
Robin's professional experience and background has informed his concern for, and expertise in, holistic design solutions. Robin's thoughts on making, fabricating and constructing informs the earliest concepts and every stage to the reality of the completed project. It is an approach that thrives on the collaboration of design and construction professionals, with the collective effort resulting in great buildings successful on many levels.
